Pro-Active Supported Living Limited provide personalised, customer-led support to individuals with various needs.

We are currently looking for Support Workers in Liverpool City Council.

Hours and shift patterns may vary depending on individual needs. You will need to be available on weekends.

Experience in working with individuals with mental health and autism would be an advantage, but is not essential as full training will be provided.

Key Duties:

Personal Care: Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.

Mobility Support: Help clients move safely, including transferring from bed to wheelchair.

Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary restrictions.

Medication Assistance: Remind clients to take medications as prescribed.

Companionship: Provide emotional support and engage in social activities.

Household Tasks: Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and shopping as needed.

Health Monitoring: Observe and report changes in clients' health or behaviour to healthcare professionals.

Access Community: Support clients to access the community, attend appointments, and shop

A car driver is preferred.

We offer a competitive salary. All positions are subject to an enhanced DBS check. Travel expenses are also covered. We offer the opportunity to complete qualifications in Health and Social Care, promoting progression and personal development.
